Back to the basics: this week we revisit the Anapanasati Sutta (as translated by Bhikkhu Bodhi, available on Suttacentral.net: https://suttacentral.net/mn118/en/bodhi) to simplify the meditation technique that the Buddha taught: mindfulness of breathing. Only in the very beginning, the breath is used as the meditation object. Very soon into the meditation process, it turns into an anchor that keeps us centered.

Enjoy today’s video above, read and meditate with us, and join us next time live here.
