Website Maintenance, Video Consults and Training

This mode is for you if you’d like to either 1. delegate a set of tasks out to me or 2. want a live video consultation or video training.

1. Delegate Tasks:
These tasks can be anything to do with maintaining, updating, building or expanding your Squarespace site or ConvertKit email marketing tasks. You can also request me to do take up any email marketing tasks including setting up list building forms, drafting and scheduling out emails but for email migration into brand new ConvertKit accounts, see my specialized ConvertKit Services here. Creating graphics for your blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets or social media graphics, setting up an online webinar and third-party app integration to your site are some of the other tasks I can accomplish.

2. Video Consults/Trainings:
Sometimes you need to talk through a situation or do a screenshare. You can use the video consult calls for reviewing high-level online marketing/web design issues or other online business related tasks. Or use your package hours if you want to show me the challenge via screenshare. You can use this meeting to ask me questions about a range of topics (see below). You can also use screenshare to do a live demo training on how to use an app or software (Squarespace, Mailchimp, others) or implement something right on your website while we are on the call. You can also use the live video calls for training purposes. I can offer training for you or your staff on Squarespace or ConvertKit or other platforms (see list below). If you are web designer, you can use these hours to get business consultation specific to growing your Squarespace web design business.

Note:

  1. Valid for: 1 hr, 5 hour or 10 hour website maintenance package are valid for 60 days.

  2. Time Tracking: For 5 hr packages and more, I will invite you to a shared Google Spreadsheet/Toggl Track where I track my time for each assignment and you can at anytime open the file to see how much time is still available for the next project/tasks. 

  3. Recordings: All video trainings/consultations are recorded and you receive a video link to download a copy for watching when offline. If you have a team, you may share it with others to facilitate their work as well. The video download link is active for a week before I need to take it down (the files are large and I take them down to make room for more recordings).

  4. Mix & Match: These packages can be used partly for website maintenance and partly for video consultation or use all hours for the same purpose - it’s up to you!

  5. What happens after you purchase: After you purchase any of the packages, I will contact you with a confirmation email and questions about your project goals/needs and whether you want live consultations. If you want to use 1 or more hours of your package towards a live video consultation/training, let me know and I will send you a scheduling link to reserve time in my calendar.

  6. More than 10 hrs: If you’d like to purchase 20 or 30 hours in one go, book a time to speak with me here: https://www.sophiaojha.com/book-your-consult-call so we can discuss all details about work plan, timeline and receive a preferred hourly rate. You do not need to book a time to speak with me before purchasing 1 hr/5 hr/10 hr packages. I will email you after you purchase those packages to figure out our work plan and timeline.

Video Training/Consultation

This mode is for you if demonstrating a task via screenshare would be most helpful. I use one of the leading video conferencing software called Zoom for such trainings and consultations. I send you a video call link and we can have an online meeting. You can use this meeting to ask me questions about a range of questions (see below). I can also use screenshare to do a live demo training on how to use an app or software (Squarespace, Mailchimp, others) or implement something right on your website while we are on the call.

All video trainings/ Consultations are recorded and you receive a video link to download a copy for watching when offline. The video download link is active for upto two weeks before I need to take it down (the files are large and I take them down to make room for more recordings).
