A. Yes, I do. I am driven by a sense of completion. So if after two weeks on a project, I can’t launch the website, I literally feel depressed. Or the idea of a project remaining open for months due to lack of client delivering what I need, makes my stomach churn. That’s why I came up with a system of actions I take with each project to make sure that all the content is in, a day in advance latest but often 3 days or even a week earlier. Clients jump at the action tasks on their plate - my on-boarding is that systematized and exciting for them. And I will show you how to set it up for yourself and template it to shave hours of time with each client - all this is in Module 2 which is all about Clear & Efficient On-boarding.

A. Absolutely, yes. This program could've been named, “Sell out your web design services” because I show you the key things you need to have in place for a potential client to convert into a paid client. My Pencil-to-Pen method is what I use for clients who are on the fence and my Book-A-Date method is how I get my packages booked on my consult call. And I will show you this from A to Z in the Structured Acquisition Call module.



A. No. Instead, I will show you how to convert clients (see earlier question). The reason I don’t teach you how to find clients because "prospecting for clients" takes too much time without the results I want and I don’t do that in my business. I let clients find me. I have a free 27 min training on YouTube where I walk you through that approach in detail. Also, in the program, I will briefly share my exact client acquisition method that works for me (Bonus 2: 11 Step Acquisition Method covers it all). But I am not spending much time on this in the core curriculum because if you have not figured out the conversion problem (refer to the webinar at minute 42), no matter how many potential clients come your way, it won’t help you. You need to know how to book those prospective clients that do come to you and know how to get booked with ease and confidence while getting clients wanting to work with you because they know you will “get the job done - and do it wonderfully.” I will show you how to do all that in the Structured Acquisition Call module.

A. Good is the enemy of great. I know that packages with price anchoring will immediately open up flow in your business like you have never seen with custom quotes. I want you to give it a real shot. Try it on a few consult calls and see what happens. If you still feel that this doesn’t work, you can keep using custom quotes. There is nothing to lose. But I know you will love designing packages the way I do it with anchoring because it makes it easy for clients to say yes to you. I will show you exactly how to create your packages with price anchoring so you can sell your services like hot cakes!

A. No, you don’t have to do it. But you have to learn how to ask for what you want when it comes to getting paid. If your preference is to have 50% before and 50% after your work, but you actually get paid 100% only after your project is done, then that needs to get fixed. If you want a booking deposit and the rest before day 1 of the project, then that needs to be communicated. 100% payment before project is what helps me not worry about money during the course of my project work and I even tell that to my clients who love that transparency. As a full-time freelancer, this is an important component for me to feel good about working with clients, so I have put this in place in my business. And to show you it happens even for larger projects - just in the last three months, 3 different clients paid me USD6000 weeks before Day 1 of my project. It’s easy, if you know how to communicate with integrity and ease. Carve your freelance web design business to support what you need. Full Stop. And this is what I show you how to do in the program.

A. Time investment: 90 minutes for the week’s training and 2-3 hrs for implementation. If you can carve out 30 min each day or do a deep dive into implementation one afternoon a week, you can certainly complete the commitments of the program and create results. Implementation is key so I make everything super actionable, so you know what you need to do each week.

 Can you do 30 minutes a day over 4 weeks? It would be a bit of extra effort for a short time in order to create more time and money freedom in the future.

There’s no timeline to this but I recommend completing all modules a + implementation in 4 weeks if you have ongoing client projects. If you are not booked out, take 2-3 weeks to get all of this set up inside your business.

A. No. This program is not a design course but a business program. If you are on this path, you are most likely already a good web designer!
