This was so much fun. I got connected with Kathy Wilson of mydiamonddays.com who has created a unique site to offer people 10 minutes of meditations daily. We got talking about the practice of meditation and about collaborations. Below you can see a snippet of that interview, thankfully I did not know I was being recorded until later, and so she got me in my natural mood!
