May inner strength carry us through our day as we experience the various facets of life and of being human. May the strength and might of the mountains inspire us to stand resolute to our dreams. May the will to create a life we desire, strengthen our actions. May we be strong in the face of challenges. May our bodies be strengthened in the midst of changing seasons. 

May the gift of strength bless us.
