Today's intention is for us to become conscious of Energy.

Energy is what we are made of and what is all around us. So, let us experience the energy more attentively, more consciously.

May we feel energy in our body all throughout the day. May the energy field of love and joy encircle us. May our thoughts and actions demonstrate positive energy. May we benefit from the energy of our foods. May the sunshine fill us with energy. May we appreciate the energy that runs our life.
