Yes, dedicate yourself today. That is our intention.

What do you want to dedicate yourself to? What is most important for you, for now in the short-term and for the big picture?

Agree on that. Dedicate or in some cases re-dedicate to it, if you have already done it. In other words, if you have committed to something and resistance has shown up, then re-commit and re-dedicate. Every moment is a fresh start. As Eckhart Tolle would say, there is only now, there is only this moment!
