Intention for Today: Reflection

Reflection is the intention for today.

Reflect on your day or on your life. Come to see things as they are. Look at what you can learn, what you can change. Take your experiences as signposts for a more fulfilled and light-filled life. By reflection on your life, you will come in contact with what you need at the moment. Be open. Be forgiving. And remember to take what you learn and bring them into your day. 

Take at least 15 minutes today to reflect on a part of your life. Take a matter that is foremost in your mind and in your awareness right now. Ask yourself: what gift of wisdom comes with this experience? What do I need in this moment? Write down whatever comes. Use this information. It is a golden gift from your higher self.
