Attitudes are the forerunners of conditions. -Eric Butterworth

When we take an inventory of our life, what do we see? Our relationship with family and friends, our work, our experiences, the house we live in, the things we surround ourselves with, the places we go to, our sense of joy and fulfillment in our life- these are all external manifestation of our inner world. It is a reflection of our thoughts, beliefs and our attitudes. All we need to do is to take a close look at what we see in our life. We then realize that all of that is of our own creation.

Let us then ask ourselves these questions: what do I want to keep? what do I want to change? what do I need to change in my attitude in order to change the state of my life?

We can then look at our thoughts and beliefs that have hampered us from our true purpose. Then we begin anew, knowing that any condition we are in is an expression of our mental beliefs and our attitudes.
